Here are two views of a Sofa Table that I made For Betty for Christmas 1998. It is made of solid oak (no veneer) and stained with early american gelstain by "Minwax" follwed by three coats of satin finish eurathane. It is the first of five tables that I will be doing for our livingroom. I will also be doing three end tables and a coffee table.
